About Cultivate Wellness 

“My mission is to guide individuals toward mental healing by providing a safe space to access difficult emotions and cultivate self-awareness.”

I believe that one’s healing and growth begins with focusing on the self as priority in order to live mindfully and with intention. When one begins to heal themselves and live intentionally, he or she begins to function better in all areas of his or her life.

At Cultivate Wellness, I meet my clients where they are, and with empathy and understanding.
I utilize various modalities such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help individuals build a toolbox and begin to feel more confident in balancing life’s obstacles. I focus on helping individuals become aware of, and recognize negative thinking patterns in order to reframe them.
